Bio: I am a plaintiff's attorney. A proud one.

Sometimes people get hurt due to someone else's negligence. Those people need help with insurance companies and with the legal system.

I do not take cases where the person is not injured. I do not take "nuisance value" cases. if a person has suffered real injuries, I will do everything in my power to get that person the money he or she needs.

I worked for law firms that represent insurance companies for about eight years. For the past five years, I have represented plaintiffs only.
