Bio: Hello There:

I'm an author and nonna to seven grandchildren. The nonna and author collided after spending a week with my grandkids,while my daughter and son-in-law were away.

During my stay, a plan was devised to get my picky eater grandson, Joshy , to eat food he previously refused. I was taking notes, so my daughter would be able to continue with what's now called the "Baby Bite Steps." At the end of my visit, I emailed myself the notes and began to write "Baby Bites: Transforming a Picky Eater into a Healthy Eater. " It was a work of love.
