Bio: My name is Anne Marie and I not only work out at the Asana Yoga Studio, but also provide massage therapy there. Asana is located in Golden, Colorado, at 16399 S. Golden Road. It is a fantastic place!

Susan Merrill, the owner, has over 30 yoga classes each week. One can buy a class card and drop in anytime that works. One of the classes she offers (twice a week) is Yoga for people with Parkinson's.
