Bio: Carol Bain has been the Brochure Production manager/Graphic Artist for the Evergreen Park and Recreation District for 15+years. She does the layout and advertising for the Activities Guide. She is very involved with the District’s Special Needs/Special Olympics Program so most of her postings have to do with events, products, possible donations, and activities for raising money for the program.
