Russ recently retired from the United States Marine Corps where he served as an officer and CH-46E helicopter pilot. He; Gayle, his wife of 22 years; and three great kids Bryanna, Luke, and Mathew moved to Highlands Ranch in June 2007.

When Russ decided to retire from the military, he knew that his next career could not be ordinary. It had to be exciting and new.
