Bio: Tom and Carol Tobiassen are 21-year residents of Aurora living in the Mission Viejo neighborhood. Both are avid outdoor enthusiasts enjoying many of the sports, particularly cycling, available in our area. Carol serves our community as a member of the Citizens Advisory Budget Committee, the Mission Viejo Neighborhood Watch and Homeowner's Association.
