What:	DaVita Inc., a leading U.S. provider of kidney care, is hosting twice monthly Kidney Education and You classes aimed at helping patients with chronic kidney disease live their lives more fully. Leading causes of CKD include diabetes and hypertension. Managing the disease can slow the progression toward dialysis, and this class will empower patients with the tools they need to reach that goal.
