Dinosaur Discovery Day: Exhibit Hall Grand Opening

What:	Dinosaur Discovery Day: Exhibit Hall Grand Opening! Saturday, July 5th, 2008 - 10:00-2:30 - Dinosaur Ridge Visitor Center A free day at the world famous Dinosaur Ridge celebrates the grand opening of Trek Through Time, a permanent new indoor exhibit featuring murals, fossils and dinosaur interactives. Outdoors on Alameda Parkway , Dinosaur Ridge will be closed to vehicles as experts stationed along the trail explain features and answer questions. Visitors can hike at their own pace or take the shuttle bus ($2/person, four and under ride free). Outdoors at the Visitor Center , Hands-on-Dinos includes the Allosaurus Boulder, the Edmontosaurus Dig, Grallator Track Painting, the Stegosaurus Branding, and the search for the Loch Ness Elasmosaurus. Use the new interchange at C-470 & Alameda that will be finished in time for the event, and check out a short dedication ceremony at 1:00PM at the Visitor Center .
