Team Leader Heidi Greer Mosher recently announced that yet another top-producing agent has joined the Keller Williams family. Bill Greer joins the agents at Keller Williams Realty Professionals, located at 9191 Sheridan Blvd.

Greer's career has spanned 37 years and has included not only residential real estate but 17 years in mortgage lending. "Clients want to understand the entire process, so my depth and years of experience allow me to not only take them through the real estate process but also the financing process, which many agents don't want to be involved in," said Bill.

For the Greer family real estate is the family business. Bill's wife Karen Greer went into real estate in the early '80's and daughter Heidi Greer Mosher-Bill's new employing broker-began her career in 1985. Bill brings his talents to the already successful Greer Group, which is led by Karen.

"I always knew that if I moved back into real estate from mortgage lending, it would be with Keller Williams," said Bill who taught classes in Austin, Tex. with Gary Keller in the early '80s. "At that time, Gary was forming the basis of what would become Keller Williams Realty, and the culture is a perfect fit for me because it is based on education as well as on valuing each and every agent and his/her contribution." Bill shares his expertise with fellow Keller Williams agents by being part of the office's mentor group as well as sitting on the education committee through which he teaches classes.
