ProConnect, Altitude PR Firms Merge

ProConnect Public Relations and Altitude Public Relations announced today they have merged their businesses.

ProConnect PR is a Westminster-based agency that provides assistance in media relations, marketing strategy, employee communications, Web site content, crisis management and more. Highlands Ranch-based Altitude Public Relations, founded and managed by Marc Lumpkin, provides media relations for high tech companies specializing in interactive television technologies, VoIP and secure data storage. The entity created by the combination of the two agencies will operate under the ProConnect PR name.

Altitude Public Relations clients who will work with the newly merged ProConnect PR include Maximum Adventure Network, Data393, InteleNet Communications, Office Liquidators and Red Tree Marketing. Some of ProConnect PR's clients include McStain Neighborhoods, Outskirts Press, Alpine Waste & Recycling, Ohlson Lavoie Collaborative, GRAnderson Wealth Management Group, Kissinger & Fellman P.C., Mount Werner Water District, Hart InterCivic and LiquidMaize.

Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
