Plans approved for new 7-11 near Boulder Turnpike
Contributed by: YourHub.com on 2/18/2008

A new 7-11 has been approved for the property located just west of the former Park-n-Ride at the southwest corner of U.S. 36 and Church Ranch Boulevard, according to the city of Westminster Web site.

This one-acre property was originally slated for an Amoco service station. The 7-11 will serve gas and will be accessed from Reed Street, with a right-in, right-out access on Church Ranch. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring.
