For Keller Williams Realtor Dennis Hoffman, real estate is all about family-it's a family business helping other families. Hoffman's uncle Jim Slinkard and stepfather Jim Waldrop started the first Keller Williams office in Colorado in 1993, and six years later, he also joined the company.
