Every year, Rotary clubs in our area award one or two "Ambassadorial Scholarships" to outstanding candidates to study at a university in another country for one year, with expenses of $23,000 paid by The Rotary Foundation. Applicants should have good academic credentials and should have completed a minimum of two years of college at the start of the scholarship.
Every year, The Rotary Foundation awards a number of scholarships to outstanding candidates to study in the field of World Peace and Conflict Resolution. These World Peace Fellowships are two year scholarships leading to a master's degree at universities in six countries.
Finally, up to 30 scholarships, world wide, are available to study peace and conflict resolution for three months at the Rotary Center at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. This program is ideal for busy professionals looking to expand their global outlook, strengthen their negotiation skills, and ultimately make a positive impact on future peace and conflict resolution efforts.
