San Francisco or bust!!!
Contributed by: vera karasik on 9/5/2008

The Dancin' Divas won the gold medal at the Rocky Mountain Senior games this June in Greeley. We received a perfect score from the judges and a standing ovation.

You can view our performance by going to our myspace page and we are also on youtube. Our group is a certified, bonafide, somewhat unorganized chapter of the Red Hat Society that love to line dance.

We have been invited to perform at the National Senior Games in the San Francisco area next August. In order to get to California we are planning several fund raising activities. Our first major activity is a Monster Mash Halloween Party that is being held at THE MAC - 3295 W 72nd Ave. in Westminster.

The time is from 1 - 4 P.M. At a cost of $10. There will be games, refreshments, a costume contest for the scariest, funniest, most original, line dancing and performances by the Divas.

Contact Marilene Sisco @ 720-352-4650 or princess_marilene@yahoo.com. Reservations are not necessary but are appreciated.

Please join in the fun while helping the Divas as they journey to the 2009 National Senior Games in the San Francisco Bay Area next August.
