Ranum High School sweethearts plan summer wedding

Diane Edes and Alan Ryman, along with John Droge, all of Westminster, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Metta Edes Droge, to Nathan William Young, son of Mary Ella Young of Westminster and Bill and Lori Young of Littleton.

Elizabeth is a 2001 honor graduate of Ranum High School. She is a 2005 cum laude graduate of Colorado State University with degrees in Biology and Theatre. After graduation, she worked as a costume designer for community theatres in Fort Collins and Denver. She is currently employed as an environmental scientist at Lesair Environmental in Littleton.

Nathan, a 2003 honor graduate of Ranum High School, graduated from Colorado State University in 2007 with degrees in Art and Theatre. Nathan is a graphic designer at ArtHouse Design of Denver. He is also poster artist to CSU Theatre and Bas Bleu Theatre Company in Fort Collins.

Elizabeth and Nathan shared the stage in numerous productions at Ranum and Colorado State.

The couple will exchange vows in an outdoor ceremony in Westminster on July 5, and will make their home in Denver.
