Tennyson Knolls Elementary in Arvada is inviting the community to celebrate and honor the career of its longtime principal, Jeanette Teske, at an open house from 4 to 7 p.m. May 13 at the school, 6330 Tennyson St. There will be a special presentation at 6 p.m.

Mrs. Teske has welcomed students and families of diverse backgrounds at Tennyson Knolls for the last 15 years, and has worked in Adams District 50 for 23 years as a teacher and administrator. This celebration will acknowledge her dedication to the community and the safe, loving and learning environment she has provided for thousands of children over the years.
