On Sept. 27, South Westminster Organized for Responsible Development (SWORD) will be sponsoring a public information seminar on FasTracks from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Nickless Hall at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 3990 W. 74th Ave. (1/2 block east of Bradburn). Refreshments will be provided.
