Almost Home Adoptions for rescued cats
on 6/26/2006
Almost Home Adoptions for rescued cats has more than 40 homeless kittens. Most of these kittens have been rescued from terrible situations. All of the kittens are spayed or neutered and they are all ready for adoption this weekend at our Kitten Adopt-a-thon.
At this event we will have volunteers dressed in cat costumes. Even though we do not house kitties in cages at our shelter, the volunteers will be residing in cages where most homeless cats that are brought to shelters have to live. The volunteers have committed to staying in a cage until all the kittens are adopted. This challenge will hopefully guarantee these kittens a safe forever home and a warm lap.
June is Adot A Shelter Cat Month. This Kitten Adopt-a-thon is an opprtunity to raise awareness for the Adopt A Shelter Cat Month. It is also an opportunity to raise awareness of companion animal welfare issues, including the overpopulation of homless and abused cats in the metro area.
Saturday, June 24
Sunday, June 25
Begining at 11:00 am Saturday, June 24th until all the kittens are adopted!
Anyone who is considering adding a kitten to the family and is wiling to make a lifelong commitment is invited to participate in this Kitten Adopt-a-thon. We also invite anyone who would like to support Almost Home Adoptions for rescued cats.
We are located at 7713 W.92nd Avenue, Westminster in the Brentcross Center. (northeast corner 92nd Avenue and Wadsworth Blvd.)

I have my limit of kitties so I help by financially supporting this adoption center.I have been to Almost Home and they do a fantastic job caring for these homeless animals. Keep up the great work you are doing!
