Several hundred folks turned out June 18 for a summer celebration held at Irving Street Park, 7392 Irving St., Westminster. Though storm clouds threatened, the event ultimately stayed dry as residents danced to the tunes of The Margarita Brothers, feasted on hot dogs and Cheetos and played on inflatables.
