I just thought that I would share my tattoos with you. Most people that have seen them tell me that I was crazy to put something like this on my body. I agree with them and then ask them how many other people have they seen with the same theme on their bodies. Everyone says that I am pretty much a one of a kind. I then tell them that is the answer to their question. I want to be different and I love the old-style cartoons.
The top one is my favorite 13 WB characters done by
Lee Ball
of Twisted Sol on 14th and Ogden in Denver. Lee does nice work and was a little apprehensive to put this on me, but I persisted. The one under the circle is of Scooby and his friends, done by
Seth Bettis
of Old World Tattoo on Wadsworth and 63rd or so. Seth does excellent work and has done another piece on my other arm. I will be going back to him soon. The forearm with the Flintstones and Jetsons was done by
Ryan DeHart
of Monsters Ink in Loveland. This is a work in progress, though it is an hour or so from completion.
I am into color and have other colorful tats on my chest and other arm. My plan is to finish the sleeve with Yogi and friends on back forearm and Pink Panther and friends in a Buddhist temple meditating on the inside bicep. Then on to Disney, Superheroes and enemies and the rest of the WB and Hanna-Barbera characters on the remainder of my body. Slow process because of money constraints. Have fun and enjoy the pain of art ...
