To many people a fan of any sports team is always watching their home team or their favorite team play every game they have. Whether it's physically there or watching it on t.v. and cheering for them even if they are loosing and they know the game is already a winner for the other team. An example of this would be my mom Lonna. She is the most alive fan I have ever seen. When she is watching the Colorado Rockies on the T.V she goes totally crazy. She is jumping up and down and screaming for those Rockies to get that home run or get the other team out. When she is there physically she is the same way. Its crazy, if she can't be there or be somewhere watching it she has the radio on! As i speak right now she is actually watching them! My mom loves to show how much passion she has for the Rockies that she sells tickets to her students, parents, and coworkers at work for all them to go and let them have a great experience at Coors Field! One time she even gota tour of the locker room and she had such a great time as she shared with me.A few years ago on her birthday my family and I took her to the Rockies game and had a wonderful time. We surprised her with Dinger coming to her with a flower cake and singing her happy birthday. We got it on the big screen as well. I will never forget that day because my mom was so happy. It made me so happy just seeing her have the greatest day of her life. If my family and I could take her on her birthday again and get to sit in the suite area I think it would be so wonderful. She would be very appreciated and so would I.
