Description:
For the more than 21 million Americans with arthritis, traditional
Chinese Medicine offers a safe, natural and effective way to alleviate
pain and prevent further damage.
As health care costs continue to skyrocket, the need for new approaches
to preventive medicine increases. Exercise is Medicine is a
national initiative generating interests and support from many health
care organizations including the AMA and the American College of
Sports Medicine. It's designed to make physical activity a standard
part of medical treatment in the US. Joe Brady, the founder for the
Living Longer Institute as well as the Tai Chi Project was invited
to participate as a representative from Colorado for this initiative.
The following lectures were designed to inspire you to increase your
level of activity and to take greater control of your own health.
