Curves Wheat Ridge West is calling for entries in a bra decorating contest to raise money for breast cancer research. Entries will be accepted now through October 10, 2009.
To enter the contest, decorate a bra in a theme of your choice. Any bra size and type is eligible. All bra surfaces must be completely covered. Use any materials such as fabric, beads, paints, clay, feathers, glitter, etc. as long as the finished project is tasteful. Name your creation and drop it off at the Curves located at 3890 Kipling Street (39 th & Kipling). The winner will receive a three month membership to Curves Wheat Ridge West complete with CurvesSmart, our state of the art personal coaching system which provides moment to moment feedback during your workout!
Club owner Liz Polivka is inviting the public to come and vote on the decorated bras, which will be displayed for viewing from October 12-17 th. We are asking each person to donate a minimum of $1 per vote. All proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Votes collected throughout the week will be tallied on Saturday, October 17th at noon.
