It's week seven and thank you all for your calls and e-mails. I think getting to know Wheat Ridge can be fun. Wheat Ridge is how many square miles? What is the population of Wheat Ridge? What was on the land before Founders Park was built? What percent of the population is over the age of 65? The Wheat Ridge Sr. Community Center is located where, and what programs do they offer? What year did the city become a city? How many Water Districts service the city? Who is theCity Treasurer and position did he or she hold in the City before? Lewis Meadows Park is where and how many acres are there? I think it might be cold this week so instead of driving, walking, or riding your bike, this week stay inside go online and try to answer these questions. Let's get to know our community together.
