Now Pedro's Planet is announcing its
Pedro'sPlanet Hero Awards. Nominate yourfavorite business, organization, group, individual - or yourself! - for being "green." Is someone you know a dedicated recycler? Does a homeowner take special steps to conserve water? Is an organization sponsoring cleanups that benefit the environment and the metro area's watersheds? Has a business found creative ways to cut back on its use of energy? Does an employer encourage commuter solutions for its employees? Tell us about people who are heroes for our planet!
Winners of
Pedro's Planet Hero Award will receive a certificate suitable for framing or placing in a business' window. The award will be featured in press releases to local media, and award-winners will be featured on Pedro's Planet website.
