MAN GOES ON RAMPAGE IN STORE
A 49-year-old disabled man driving a motorized buggy cursed at customers and employees and tried to knock an employee over with the vehicle at King Soopers, 3400 Youngfield St., at 6:09 p.m. May 13, reports state. The physical contact occurred after an employee attempted to escort the man out of the store in response to his verbal outbursts regarding the quality of produce at the store, the employee reportedly told police. The employee told police he grabbed the motorized vehicle to escort the man from the store, and that the man then "swung at him" and tried to run him over with the cart, police said. Police contacted the man at his home and were met with a profanity-laced tirade from him, reports state. The officer issued the man a summons on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

MAN ASSAULTED BY SOLICITORS
A 41-year-old man reported that a group of over-aggressive solicitors attacked him at his home on the 10800 block of West 38th Place at 11:28 a.m., police said. According to the resident, a man and woman approached his home to solicit, and when he said he wasn't interested, the solicitors started to yell and spit on him. He said three men and two women then exited a white van and began yelling at him and throwing gravel, reports state. The resident was unable to provide a license plate number, but he said the women were college-aged.

WOMAN SPIES NUDE DANCER
A 35-year-old woman told police she saw a man sitting at a bus stop wearing nothing but tube socks and tennis shoes in the area of West 44th Avenue and Tabor Street at 2:39 p.m. Aug. 20, according to reports. The woman told police she rolled down her window and told him to put some clothes on, to which he responded by flipping her off and beginning to dance. When the woman passed by on her return trip a few minutes later, she allegedly saw the same man dancing on the center line of 44th Avenue. The woman said she followed the man as he ran into an apartment building on the 11600 block of West 44th Avenue, reports state. Police visited the building, which only had two apartments, and reported that one apartment was vacant and the other did not contain the nude dancer.

DOG NAMED CHA-CHA RECEIVES DEATH THREAT
A 57-year-old woman who lives on the 3700 block of Fenton Street let police listen to a voice mail message from a private number that she felt was threatening toward her dog at 10:31 p.m. Oct. 19. The caller, whom police said had a weird accent and an apparently disguised voice, said, "This message is for the little guy named Cha-Cha. I am just calling to tell Cha-Cha that Master OG is looking for some dog I have never seen in my life and somebody needs to put a bullet to that dog's head, so I will call back a little later to tell Cha-Cha how I feel in person. Thank you." The woman said she could not think of a reason why someone would have a problem with her dog. The officer told her to call police immediately if she receives another call or can identify a possible suspect.

DATE ENDS BADLY FOR MAN
A 33-year-old man said he was drinking with a woman he had met through a dating service at his home on the 3600 block of Sheridan Boulevard at 10:47 p.m. Oct. 26 when he decided he didn't like her and told her to leave. A few minutes later, the man heard a noise by his kitchen window and saw the woman cutting the window screen. The woman then left on foot. The resident told police he was extremely intoxicated and had consumed about 10 beers, so the officer allowed the man to call his mother, who agreed to take custody of him until he was sober.
