Thriving Wheat Ridge, a project that is promoting healthy eating and active living, is partnering with Kaiser Permanente to help people in our community eat healthier foods and get in more physical activity. To help us understand if we are making a difference, some members of our community will be chosen randomly to answer a short survey over the phone.

Kaiser Permanente will begin the random phone calls on Monday, Aug. 28. This survey will contain questions about the amount of physical activity you get and the foods you eat. In order to reach as many people as possible, we have chosen to use an automated system to conduct the survey. We highly encourage you to complete the survey.

The survey will only take 5 or 10 minutes to complete, and your answers will help us to make sure we are meeting the needs of the community.
