CONIFER COUPLE DISPUTE OVER BELONGINGS
A deputy went to the 11000 block of Mary's Trail in Conifer at 8:49 a.m. on May 3. There was a moving truck in the driveway. The 40-year-old woman said she was moving out of the home and having trouble with her 44-year-old husband because earlier he had agreed to let her take what she wanted, but now he was dumping her packed boxes and had stepped in front of her while she loading boxes. She called the sheriff's office because she feared the situation was getting out of hand. When the deputy went inside, he found the husband disassembling a stereo and TV unit. The husband said he was arguing with his wife because she was taking everything and the furniture was his. The wife agreed to take only things that the couple mutually agreed on and leave if her husband requested.

PLYWOOD STOLEN FROM PICKUP AT KING SOOPERS
On May 3 at 3:41 p.m. a deputy contacted a 57-year-old man who said when he went to the Conifer King Soopers, 25637 Conifer Road,
at noon, he parked his GMC pickup truck in front. There was a single 4-foot by 8-foot plywood panel in the bed of the truck, but when he came out 20 minutes later, it was gone. The sheriff contacted the store, but they said their surveillance camera did not cover that portion of the parking lot.

NOISY NEIGHBORS LEAVE MARK ON CAR
A 34-year-old man called the sheriff because the residents in the other half of the duplex where he lived had a loud party on May 4. He told the deputy he asked the neighbor not to make so much noise before calling the sheriff at 1 a.m. Three patrol vehicles responded and spoke to a group of people who were walking away from the next-door residence. The man said at 9 a.m. May 5, he found chewing tobacco and spit on his car. He did not want to press charges and thought the neighbors would be moving soon.
