WOMAN DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING
A 36-year-old Longmont man was arrested at 11:46 p.m. May 19 on the 0-99 block of Ninth Avenue on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence. Officers were called to a report of a man beating a woman outside a trailer. When they arrived, they contacted the victim, who said that she was jumped and beaten by the man. A witness, however, told officers that the woman and the man had been drinking when the woman started an argument with the man, who was flirting with another woman. During the argument, the man allegedly started beating the woman. When arrested, the man told officers that he was the one who was beaten. After escorting the man to the police cruiser, the woman ran up to the car and shouted, "I didn't say anything!" He was held at the Boulder County Jail.

A 25-year-old Longmont man was arrested at 11:36 a.m. May 21 on the 1800 block of Industrial Circle on suspicion of violating a protection order at 6:30 a.m. May 21 on the 600 block of Martin Street. An officer responded to a domestic disturbance call on Martin Street. A woman there told the officer her ex-boyfriend and father of her unborn child had repeatedly knocked on her door that morning, telling her that he wanted his belongings from inside the house. The man also called her multiple times from his work later that morning; even calling while the officer was talking to the woman. The woman had a protection order against the man. The man was contacted at his work, where he admitted to knocking on her door and calling her. He was arrested and held at the Boulder County Jail.

MAN ARRESTED ON WARRANTS

Officers contacted the man, who had a warrant for his arrest on the charges, at the annex building. The man told the officers he had no idea he had a warrant for his arrest, and was with the alleged victim at the building. He was held at the Boulder County Jail.

MAN STEALS SIX VIDEO GAMES, CAN'T SELL THEM
A 28-year-old Berthoud man was arrested at 8:34 p.m. May 19 in the parking lot of Pizza Hut, 2255 Main St., on suspicion of a theft that occurred at 7:15 p.m. at Super Target, 551 S. Hover St. Officers responded to a theft at Target, where loss prevention said that the suspect fled on his bike after cutting open six video game boxes, taking out the sensors and leaving the store without paying. The Target personnel also told police they knew the man usually took the games to the Game Force store on 21 st Avenue and Main Street. Officers put the store under surveillance, where they saw the man enter and leave. When they attempted to catch the man, he fled on his bike, but they caught him in the parking lot of the Pizza Hut. Inside the man's backpack, the officers found six games, including four Xbox 360 games and 2 PlayStation 3 games. The man was booked and released on a summons.

MAN RUNS FROM POLICE, HITS FENCE
A 23-year-old Longmont man was arrested on the 1600 block of Centennial Drive at 10:22 p.m. May 19 on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving while driver's license was under restraint, eluding police, obstructing a police officer, contempt of court and reckless driving. An officer on patrol witnessed the man run a stop sign at the intersection of 21 st Avenue and Collyer Street. When the officer stopped the man and approached his car, the man drove off through a red light, nearly missing multiple cars passing through the intersection. When the officer caught up with the man's car, it was sideways and had hit a fence, but the man fled on foot. A K-9 unit was dispatched and caught the man, who fled because he had a warrant out for his arrest for possession of marijuana. He was held at the Boulder County Jail.
