Adventure Boot Camp in Parker
Contributed by: Andy Alexander   on 2/3/2007

We just finished the last Boot Camp here in Parker. Friday was the last day. The camp went well, and everyone got a good workout. The weather was pretty cold and I know that made it hard to get out of bed so early in the morning. But hey, if it was easy everyone would be doing it, right?
Consistency is the key to accomplishing your goals in most things, and especially when it comes to fitness. If you don't keep at it, it's like starting over again every few weeks or few months. And you never really get anywhere.

We're starting another boot camp on 12 Feb. You can check out the Feb. Search Parker magazine, which has a write-up about boot camp.

Hope to see you there.
Andy
