A beautiful Thanksgiving without the mess!

Giving Thanks without a lot of Work...

Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks, enjoyfriends and family, maybe watch some football, and of course eat as much of your favorite foods as possible. However, often times we find ourselves enslaved to the kitchen on this festive day. Imagine this year instead of peeling potatoes, chopping onions, and making a mess of your kitchen have all of your side dishes prepared in advance and ready for you to simply place in the oven and serve with your own final touches.Bella Cuisine Personal Chef Service is making sure that it becomes a reality for your Day of Thanks feast. In order to facilitate as many families as possible this year, Bella Cuisine is providing side dishes that are pre-ordered and ready to be picked up the evening before Thanksgiving.

The selections range from traditional, such as Herb & Sausage Stuffing and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes to more unique dishes such as Curried Pumpkin Soup and Harvest Rice Salad. As an alternative to candied yams and marshmallows,Bella Cuisine will be offering theirmost requested Thanksgiving dish-- Roasted Sweet Potatoes with a Ginger-Pecan Streusel Topping. These citrus-enhanced Sweet Potatoes are ready to heat and the Streusel topping is provided on the side to easily crumble on top for the last few minutes of baking. If youwill be servingVegetarian guests, the Wild Mushroom Stuffing is an excellent substitute for the Herb & Sausage Stuffing. All of the other side dishes are vegetarian friendly.

As if side dishes weren't enough, Bella Cuisine will be offering two kinds of Cranberry Relishes and a beloved Cranberry Cherry Syrah Sauce. One relish is traditional and the other is spiced up with fresh ginger, candied ginger, and ginger spice. The Cranberry Cherry-Syrah Sauce is a slow-simmered sauce of fruit & Syrah wine making any Turkey heavenly or it can be drizzled on a decadent Chocolate Dessert-- an exciting twist from the traditional pies.

As Christina Jacobson stated after enjoying Bella Cuisine's last Thanksgiving Side Dish Special "It was fabulous! Everything was perfect, and I have absolutely nothing but raving compliments to make. We especially enjoyed the cherry/syrah sauce as a welcome change to the menu." Many of these dishes are freezer friendly as well, such as the Curried Pumpkin Soup, which will come in handy as Christmas nears and the days continue to cool down.

What ever Thanksgiving plans you may have, whether youare driving out of town and would like to providea special gift for the host orhostess or you arestaying home and want to relax and spend time withloved ones, make your Thanksgiving a Bella one.

The last day to Pre-Order dishes is November 14 th, so contact Bella Cuisine today for more information at (303) 453-9505 or bellacuisine@gmail.com or go to http://bellacuisine.org/Specials.html.

All of you in Colorado are so lucky! We miss Chef Lilly so much especially at this time of year! Everything is truly delicious and made with good quality food. When we had her side dishes for our holidays (when she lived in CA!), they were a huge hit! Plus, how easy to just pick them up and warm the next day. Don't miss this opportunity!!!! You will be very happy!
