Join us at the first concert of our 50th Anniversary Season, Visual Fusion, Saturday, October 13th, 7:30 p.m. at Macky Auditorium. Nyla Witmore, Open Studios artist will be painting live to Strauss's Tod und Verklärung, projected onto a screen for all to see! Also, you will hear a world premiere performance of the new orchestration of Mussorgsky's well-loved Pictures at an Exhibition by Boulder's own Michael Allen.

This concert is made possible in part by Boulder County Arts Alliance, SCFD, Radio Station 1190-Standard Notation, and through a collaboration with Open Studios.

The first of our special free pre-concert lectures entitled "The Conscious Listener" with Don Campbell, author of The Mozart Effect™ and our music director, Michael Butterman, will begin at 6:30 p.m. in Macky Auditorium.
