LOOKING FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY...

A family of 3 is currently seeking an affordable, nice, quiet home for rent in Arvada, preferably with 2 or 3 bedrooms and a small yard. If anyone knows of a property that would be suitable in the rent range of approx $600 per month, would they be kind enough to contact me through this blog site or email me at: SelltoU@msn.com.
They have lived in their apartment for 8 years and have grown out of it and would like a nice place to raise their child. Father works full-time and mother works from home. Both are avid decorators and would be willing to take over a "fixer upper" to subsidize rent where possible.
