A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM GEORGE:

Dear friends,
I want to thank all of you who have reached out to offer your support. We have been making great strides since our petitions were turned in. I am humbled to have received the endorsements of seven Fraternal Orders of Police - the men and women in uniform that protect us every day.

We are starting to enter a critical period with mail-in ballots starting to go out in two weeks. The next chance we have to get our message out is during the Fourth of July festivities. We will be marching in several parades and attending many picnics in our area. If you are planning to attend the parade in Highlands Ranch or Lone Tree, here is your chance to walk in the parade. We also need as many people as possible to attend picnics and festivities in our district to hand out fliers.

Here are the Independence Day parades we need help with:

o The Highlands Ranch Parade at 9AM

o The Foxfield Parade at 10.30AM

o The Lone Tree Parade at 3PM

The following towns are having picnics or events that we need to get people to:

o Byers is having their Third Annual Car Show at 10AM

o Elbert County is having a Pioneer Forth in Kiowa at 3PM

o Englewood is hosting their Family Festival and Fireworks at 3PM

o Castle Rock is having a Rock the Fourth celebration at 5PM

o The Town of Parker is having their Let Freedom Sing event at 6PM

o Aurora's Light Up The Night - Fourth of July Spectacular starts at 6:30PM

Also, Glendale is holding their Celebrate July 4th on the 5th event at 4:30PM on Saturday.

If you live near any of these locations, or can attend any of these events, please let me know as soon as possible. We would like to place signs around these venues on Thursday evening. We would like to get as many people out as possible to show how important this primary is for the 18th Judicial District.

We will meet on Thursday evening and Friday morning to hand out signs for the parades, t-shirts and fliers. We will let you know where we will rally in the next two days.
