Today's tip:
Dance! Get your groove on, hip mommy! I dance before meals each day! My daughter loves to be dipped and my son enjoys the swing as I twirl him around and we do the Charleston. I am not a dancer, just a dancer want to be! It gets me fit, revs up my metabolism, makes my kids squeal with delight and is just a blast!
