Blotter roundup July 23: Loud porn upsets neighbor
Contributed by: YourHub.com   on 7/23/2008

Blotter item of the week for July 23:

NEIGHBORS COMPLAIN ABOUT LOUD PORN

At 11:53 a.m. June 29, officers were dispatched to the 9100 block of Oberon Road in Arvada. The reporting party told officers that she received numerous complaints that a 49-year-old man who lived in one of the apartments watches pornography with his TV at a high volume. Other tenants complained they could see the pornography through his front window when they walked by and that the man always has his blinds open when he is watching pornography. She said the man watches porn frequently and usually between 10 and 11 p.m. The woman said that the previous night, her juvenile daughter saw him masturbate on his bed in front of an open window visible to the apartment parking lot. When an officer questioned the man, he said, "People should mind their own business," and denied the incident. The man was issued a summons on suspicion of indecent exposure.
